Dr. Bethany Russell is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping patients move better and feel stronger. She takes a holistic approach to rehab, focusing on empowering people with a deeper understanding of their movement and recovery. 

When she’s not in the clinic, Bethany loves jogging, hiking, climbing, and lifting weights. Her current passion is studying foot and ankle mechanics to improve walking and running efficiency.

Danene is a physical therapist with over 22 years of experience. She is passionate about helping her clients overcome injuries and chronic conditions through education, sound treatment, and common sense. Danene enjoys activities such as hiking, gardening, and team sports. She has a diverse skill set that includes manual, neuromuscular, and gait training modalities. In her free time, she can be found paddling on the James, hiking in the woods, and playing with her two French bulldogs.

Camille is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in bridging the gap between fitness and medicine. She uses functional movement assessment, manual therapy, and integrative movement patterns to help her patients achieve their full potential. Camille is also an active endurance athlete and enjoys adventure racing, mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing, whitewater canoeing, road cycling, and hiking.

Dr. Danene Brown,

PT, DPT

Matt began his massage therapy practice in 2017. Previously, he has served as a US Army officer in training, operations, intelligence, and logistics jobs. He has worked in food service, information technology, medical research, and most recently, education, completing his MMasterof Teaching in 2023. He has been married for 27 years and has a son in college. Matt uses all of his study and experience to create massage therapy which is individualized to each client's work, play, and lived experience. Matt considers his practice to be trauma-informed and has worked with many clients who have experienced significant physical and emotional challenges.
