Richmond Road Runners Club
Richmond Road Runners Club’s mission is to support running and healthy lifestyles in the Richmond, Virginia region. We do this by sponsoring races in our area, helping other organizations put on races, coaching training teams, supporting kids’ running programs, supporting a variety of group runs and awarding academic scholarships to college-bound runner athletes.
Richmond Area Bicycle Association
The Richmond Area Bicycling Association (RABA) has been offering cyclists of all levels and abilities many ways to enjoy their favorite pastime for more than 50 years.
They’re also very active in the community by way of charitable concerns. such as RABA Grants and Bikes for Kids programs, and governmental advocacy efforts. Rides are open to the public.
rvaMORE
rvaMORE is a diverse group of trail enthusiasts with a passion for Advocating for access to great trails in the Richmond Region. They are mountain bikers, runners, boaters, hikers and nature lovers with a commitment to our parks and to all those who find enjoyment there. Their work is supported through membership, donations, corporate sponsorship, and volunteer efforts.

During the past 29 years, Sports Backers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has developed programs and events that are designed to inspire people from all corners of our community to live actively.
Keep Virginia Cozy
Keep Virginia Cozy’s mission is to protect wilderness and inspire all Virginians to care for our wild places. We contribute to better protection, stewardship and restoration of our public lands, preserving our rich natural legacy for current and future generations.
Friends of the James River Park
The Friends encourages public participation in supporting this regional treasure by raising funds for programs, maintenance, and restoration projects. We also advocate to raise awareness and support.
