I grew up in Northern Virginia and went to the University of Illinois. Before starting at Ascend, I was an elementary school teacher and reading tutor.

I trained with Camille at Endorphin Fitness and was one of her first patients when she started Ascend. I am passionate about helping others experience the same amazing transformation that I have experienced with Camille!

I strive to make your experience as easy as possible to get you the care that you need to feel better and get back to all the activities you love.

I am the Office Administrator who specializes in making sure you are well taken care of throughout your journey with Ascend! You will hear from me often to make sure you keep up with your appointments and to help you celebrate your successes along the way!

I love being a part of a team that helps people move better and improve their lives in positive ways!

When I am not busy chasing my 3 young kids, I love strength training and swimming.
